Booth Pricing

  • $10 Non-Profit Information Booths

  • $25 Non-Profit (Sales)

  • $100 Craft/Retail Booth

  • $200 Food Concession

  • If electricity is needed, there is an additional fee of $20

Set-Up Instructions

SET-UP: 7am - 8:30am

  • SR202 is closed to traffic at 6am for festival prep. Follow the detour route. Vendors entry points are from

    • East - From Fall City Preston Rd, follow detour along 44th. Vendor Entry at 338th; 336th; 334th,

    • West - From SR 202; Enter at 324th detour.

  • Booth spaces are approximately 15’ wide X 10’ deep.

  • If you need electricity, please provide a 100’ extension cord.

  • If your booth takes more than 15’, you will be assessed a fee of 50% of the original booth space for each additional space! No exceptions!

  • NO water hook-ups will be available.

  • Anyone interested in selling food, must obtain a Food Service Permit from King County Health Dept. at least 14 days prior to the fair date.

  • The State of Washington’s Drug Paraphernalia law RCW-69.50, states that Drug Paraphernalia cannot be displayed or sold at any booth. This law will be strictly enforced!

  • CRAZY FOAM, SPRAY HAIR DYES, SILLY STRING, STINK BOMBS, KNIVES or GUNS (including Potato and cap guns) are NOT allowed!

Tear Down Instructions

TEAR DOWN: 5pm - 5:45pm

  • The road is re-opened at 6pm. All vendors must be off the street for safe travel on SR202
